Cured Sheep Cheese in Iberian Lard 900g
La Pastora de Grazalema sheep’s cheese in Iberian lard is made following artisan methods in the heart of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.
The curing process lasts 9 months. The first 4 months are spent in a traditional curing process. After this process, the cheese is covered with Iberian lard for the next 5 months until it reaches the desired curing point.
La Pastora de Grazalema is a cheese factory located in the Sierra de Grazalema. Their cheese production is completely artisan, following the recipes that their family used to use in the past. Their production process begins with the care of their Payoya goats and Merino sheep until the end of the curing process and the labelling of the cheese.
