Pajarete Semi-cured Goat Cheese 2.7 kg
Pajarete semi-cured goat’s cheese is made from 100% Payoya goat’s milk. This cheese is made in a completely natural way and without the use of preservatives.
The cheese factory El Pajarete is located in the Sierra de Cádiz and has a herd of 100% Payoya goats and sheep.
Their production is located in Villamartin where they make all their cheeses in an artisan way.
This semi-cured cheese has been awarded by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and Environment as one of the best cheeses in Spain in 2017. In addition, in 2016 it won first prize in Villaluenga for the best cheese.
Among the benefits of consuming goat’s cheese, the following stand out:
