The clusters of Tintilla de Rota are stemming 100%. The skins are in contact with the must for 4 hours. The must is fermented at a low temperature and stays 6 months in its fermentative lees.
It is characterized by its pale red onion colour. Its smell is intense and fresh. It is silky and powerful at the same time.

The vineyards are placed in Calderín del Obispo in Bilbaína.
