Description
Oleum Viride Wine “Fine Tempo”:
The Oleum Viride Wine is a young wine called “Fine Tempo”. The concept is the same as in other great wines.
The vineyard of 2.3 hectares, in the Finca Las Lajas, is in a Natural Park with Syrah and Petit Verdot grapes. The vineyard was planted about 12 years ago on a steep slope of very poor soils of sandstone and limestone. Another uniqueness of the Wine Oleum Viride Fine Tempo is its aging cellar. It is a small natural cave with only a dozen barrels, each one of a different oak and of a different age. The result is a red wine different from what is produced in its environment. With an annual production that does not exceed 3,000 bottles.
