Payoyo goat cheese that has been ripening for 70 days, it’s smooth to the taste and with a soft texture. Its surface is covered with extra virgin, ecologic olive oil. Cheese factory El Gazul Cadiz.
INGREDIENTS
Pasteurized goat milk, lactic ferments, calcium, salt, rosemary and iberian animal fat.
PASTE
Firm and compact, with a good density and ivory yello in colour.
CRUST
Brown coloured.
It has the ecologic agricultural certificate CAEE.
