Sweet potatoes patties – Sobrina de las trejas 500 gr
These patties, which are surprisingly tender, are made with a marzipan dough, stuffed with a yolk cream with a little liquor. Then it is sprinkled with icing sugar. Ingredients: Almond, Sugar, egg, sweet potato cream, flour and liquor.

Las Trejas is a family business founded in 1852 by the Trejo sisters. Years later, they gave the business to their niece, a fact to which our business owes its name.
