Citron pastries Cortadillos de cidra Guerrero 6 units
Cortadillos de cidra, a traditional Andalusian Christmas sweet. Pastries shaped as a square, filled with cabello de angel (aka spaghetti squash jam), cinnamon, and lard.
The origins of Casa Guerrero started back in 1947 when the Guerrero Ibáñez couple opened a small shop. They sold milk and handmade sweets cooked in a small oven. Always elaborated in an artisanal way, with care, dedication, using the best ingredients and aiming to offer the best product to the client. The second generation, with Juan and Mercedes, incorporated new recipes and products. The name was changed to BOLLERÍA LA MERCED. Then INMACULADA NIETO GUERRERO learned the most intimate secrets of the world of confectionery from the hand of her uncle. As she grew older, the love for this work also grew. In 2007 she took over starting a new phase. After more than 65 years of hard work, hope and satisfaction BOLLERÍA LA MERCED continues to work with the same secrets and procedures.
