Old & Plus Pedro Ximénez is made from Pedro Ximénez grapes. These grapes are harvested very ripe and are left to sunlight for a higher concentration of sugar. Aged in oak casks using the traditional Jerez system.

This Old & Plus Pedro Ximénez wine is defined by its great density, intense sultana aroma and sweetness.

Tasting notes: Raisined fruit, toasted and roasted coffee, caramel, bitter chocolate and liquorice. Sweet, balanced, unctuous and velvety flavour.

Alcohol content at 16º.

Serve between 12 and 14º in a white wine glass. It is a dessert wine, ice cream, pasta, blue cheese.
