This oloroso (fragrant) “Sangre y Trabajadero” wine is carefully handpicked and aged in American oak barrels following the traditional system of criaderas and soleras of the guarantee of origin of Jerez-Xeres-Sherry wines.

The Sangre y Trabajadero wine is the one that continues to be used when launching Spanish Navy ships.

Bodega Gutiérrez bought the rights to this brand name from Bodega de Cuvillo. From 1838, the winery Bodega Gutiérrez Colosía is situated in the bay of Cádiz, in southern Spain.
