Smoked Tuna and Cheese Skewers (banderillas)

The smoked tuna and cheese skewers with sunflower oil are a traditional recipe with a balanced and smooth flavour.

This product is the result of the collaboration of two companies, Productos de Almadraba and Baelo.

Productos de Almadraba is a company with more than 30 years of experience marketing wild Almadraba tuna.

To do so, they have a highly qualified staff for its cutting and subsequent ultra-freezing at – 60º C. This freezing technique is used to avoid the development of microorganisms and also to preserve the qualities of the product. They currently work in the national market and also export to the Japanese market, which is very demanding in terms of the quality of a product as highly roasted there as tuna.

Baelo is a company dedicated to salted and canned fish. They use techniques that have been preserved for more than 2,000 years and have been improved to make a high quality canned product.

All the canned products are made using traditional methods and at all times with human presence, rejecting any type of mechanised process.
