Almadraba’s Bacoreta Tuna with Onions. Gadira 250g
We have managed to prepare a traditional dish in the area, such as the “encebollado” (putting preserved onions in a dish), but we have used the red mullet (bacoreta) instead of tuna, which gives a special touch to a traditional recipe. The bacoreta is also known as sarda.
Ingredients: red mullet (bacoreta), onion, olive oil, salt and spices.
No preservatives or colourings, only the best raw material (tuna roe) and sea salt. This guarantees that the resulting product meets all the expectations of the most demanding palates.
