Tuna belly is the most succulent and flavorful part of the tuna fish. Tuna belly consists of fillets of fish with a gelatinous texture and a deep flavor. Spanish tuna is one of the most highly valued fishes, especially red tuna of Barbate in Cadiz, in the south of Spain.
This tuna is combined with a mushroom sauce, an unusual but also a tasty combination.

Ingredients: Tuna (Thunnus Albacares) (50%), mushrooms, olive oil, beef broth (beef, onion, carrot, leek, cabbage, parship and garlic), salt and spices.
