Artisan meloja elaborated with the artisan reecipe with authoctonous fruits from Grazalema.
Meloja is a sweet product of honey yeast after a process of boiling and juice extraction, with the addition of juices of multiple other fruits. The result is a product close to marmalade. It is typical of places such as Jerez or Huelva.
