This romesco sauce originated in Catalonia, in Nothern Spain. It is vegan and organic. *Ingredients from organic farming.
This romesco sauce has been made by the canning company called “Contigo”, (With You) which is a non-profit cooperative. Their canned food is delicious as they use best raw materials. They encourage sustainable economy and their ingredients are fresh. Most of them come from fair trade.
