This spanish spinola cheese is elaborated with raw goat milk and shallots, matured for a minimum of 60 days.

Shallots are vegetables from Asia, whose flavor combines perfectly garlic and onion. It has a slight and sweet flavor and a special smell.

Marimorena brand uses andalusian goats carefully selected. Its intense flavor  comes from the province of Cadiz, Andalucia.

This kind of cheese is also quite healthy for us; it helps our vision, heart, muscles and bones. Its weight is approximately 1 kg.
