The Semi-hard goat cheese Pajarete is made with the pasteurized milk of autochthonous goats of Finca La Lapa, southern Spain.

Goat cheese cured for 3 months.
Ingredients: Pasteurised goat’s milk, salt, rennet, calcium chloride and lactic ferments. Fat content: 46%. Vacuum packed.
Storage: In refrigerator between 2 and 5º. Once the package has been opened, do not reuse it to wrap the cheese. Remove from the fridge one hour before consumption.
To produce these cheeses, the goats are grazed at Finca La Lapa and 400 native breed goats, well known for the intense flavour of their milk.
All these animals are under exhaustive control so that they develop in perfect sanitary conditions. Our sheep are bred in the Cadiz Mountains and fed on natural pastures of this land.
