If cheese is an ideal choice in our diet due to its high nutritional content, goat’s cheese, due to its special properties, is an even better option than cow’s cheese. In fact, its consumption is becoming increasingly popular in countries where cow’s milk cheeses traditionally predominated, and this is due not only to its exceptional flavour, but also to its important advantages.
Made with pasteurised milk from goats native to the sierra. To produce these cheeses, the goats graze at Finca La Lapa. And also with 400 native breed goats, well known for the intense flavour of their milk.
All these animals are under exhaustive control so that they develop in perfect sanitary conditions. Our sheep are bred in the Cadiz Mountains and fed on natural pastures of this land.
