Semi-cured Payoya goat cheese Montealva 500g:
Villaluenga del Rosario. Sierra de Grazalema (Andalusia, Cadiz).
This Payoya goat cheese is made with pasteurized milk from autochthonous goats of the Sierra de Grazalema (Andalusia, Cadiz). To produce these cheeses, goats graze at Finca La Lapa. There are 400 goats of an autochthonous breed, well known for the intense flavour of their milk. All these animals are under exhaustive control so that they develop in perfect health conditions. These sheep are raised in the Serranía Cádiz and are fed with natural pastures of this land.
Cheese with an aging of 3 months.
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, rennet, calcium chloride and lactic ferments.
Vacuum packed.
Best kept in the fridge between 2 and 5º. Take out from the fridge one hour before consuming.
Once the container is opened, do not use it again to wrap the cheese.
