Brandy Nebulis – Cardinal Mendoza
Brandy Nebulis is an artisanal product of limited production. It is aimed at lovers of brandies and spirits in general.
Thus, Nebulis is called the revolutionary brandy with elegant smoky notes in its glass.
It is a current Brandy from 2021.
Its name – Nebulis – comes from the clouds of smoke formed by toasting 250-litre barrels with the vine shoots of its vines. These barrels are impregnated with the herbaceous and smoky aroma provided by the vine shoots.
Once the toasting is done, the barrels are sprinkled with 15-year-old Cardenal Mendoza Clásico to give it the dream finish.
In order to preserve the characteristics of the brandy, Nebulis has not been cold filtered.
