Tuna belly is the most succulent and flavorful part of the tuna fish. Tuna belly or ventrasca consists of fillets of fish with a gelatinous texture and a deep flavor. Spanish tuna is one of the most highly valued fishes, especially red tuna of Barbate in Cadiz, in the south of Spain.

Ingredients: Tuna [Thunnus Albacares] (fish, 54%), olive oil, onion, tomato, mushroom, prawn [Solanocera Melantho] (crustacean), wine, garlic, salt and spices.

It might be combined with sparkling wines such as champagne or frizzante wines.
