Tasty anchovies in olive oil from Angelachu’s preserves. The raw material for Angelachu’s preserves is top quality anchovy, caught during the spring coastal fishing season in the Cantabrian Sea. In a few hours it goes from the Santoña fish market to our expert hands, from the sea to a can. With our own artisan process we pamper and preserve all the flavour of these fish, which we cover with an olive oil that does not mask or detract from the original flavour of each anchovy.
As shown on the packet, to taste, we recommend lightly emulsifying all the olive oil and then pairing it with good bread. Also, remember that this canned fish will evolve as it is stored. In their factory, they take great care with all its evolutions in order to achieve the highest quality.
Bocarte contains proteins with important biological and nutritional value. From the point of view of quality, it plays a very important role as it has the particularity of reducing blood lipids, mainly cholesterol. Its meat contains almost no carbohydrates and stores iron, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and vitamins A and B.
They play an important role in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases because they prevent platelets from accumulating in the blood vessel wall. Their high vitamin A content improves eyesight.
