PESASUR uses fresh Sardine for a good part of the year. The cooking is traditional and maintains the texture, the traditional flavor and the excellent quality of the Spanish sardine. PESASUR does not use chemical products. The canned sardine keeps its skin bright which is a guarantee of an excellent sardine.
The sardines have CAAE ecological certification. Which means that they are made in a traditional way according to the Andalusian tradition.
It also does not use additives or chemical products, obtaining, in this way, 100% natural preserves. The sardine is a blue or fatty fish – it has almost 10 grams of fat per 100 grams of meat – and it is a very good source of omega-3. This substance helps lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels, in addition to increasing blood flow. This decreases the risk of atherosclerosis and thrombosis. For this reason, to eat sardines and other blue fish is recommended for cardiovascular diseases. Its protein content is also high.
