The mussels of the galician estuaries are a mollusk full of flavour and it contains a high protein content and a rich nutritional value. Provides Omega3, vitamins and mineral salts. Besides it is homemade in a light soft bine.
We recommend its direct consumption, without additional dressing. Although it is also ideal as prominent ingredient in fresh pasta recipes.
