This cuttlefish style is typical from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a charming town in Cadiz, in the south of Spain. “Sanluqueña” sauce is healthy and it is been prepared with many vegetables as you may see below.
Ingredients: tomato, extra virgin olive oil, Manzanilla wine, cuttlefish, onion, green pepper, salt and black pepper.
