This tuna ventresca in seaweed sauce is a cooked dish that will surprise you with its incredible taste, in which different sensations are mixed in your palate.

Ingredients: 

  • Tuna
  • Olive oil
  • Seaweed
  • Sea asparagus
  • Red ogonori
  • Onion
  • Pepper
  • Tomato
  • Garlic
  • White wine
  • Salt
  • Spices

Once opened, it should be kept refregirated, completely covered with its sauce and not to be consumed in a period that exceed 5 days.

To eat alone or with company, with toasts or Crackers and to share  on a base of roasted peppers, fresh tomato, mashed potatos, revolconas, or seasoned  potatos with aged cheese.

Expiration date: 5 years.
