This salt adds flavour to the dishes. Its grain is thick and the texture, hard. An authentic virgin salt for daily cooking. Since 1825, the salt mine of San Fernando is a salt producer in the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park. We follow the same processes as the ancient Phoenicians and Romans, the builders of our salt works. “Flor de sal” was the given name by the ancient Romans who used it as a fine salt on their tables.
Ingredients: natural virgin salt, oregano, bay leaf, marjoram and red pepper.
