Fleur de Sel

Its name has its origins in the flower-like forms the crystals of the salt leave after evaporating. This product is perfect for meals since its texture is finer and its taste smoother than the other salts in the market.

Seaweed salt Suralgas

Obtained following a process of seaweed salting in which the salt naturally extracts part of the seaweed moisture that gives this type of salt a charasteristic color and flavour. Afterwards, its taste is enhanced by adding plancton.
