Sheep’s milk cheese – Payoyo 2 kg is made with pasteurised milk from local sheep.

It tends to be slightly acidic, salty and buttery and can taste slightly pungent. In general, sheep’s cheese is creamier and more aromatic than cow’s cheese.

It should also be noted that sheep’s cheese requires less milk. This is because sheep’s milk contains less water than cow’s milk and more solids, such as fats and proteins.
