Organic hummus. It is an appetizer ready to be eaten with vegetables (carrots, for example) or it can be used to be spreaded in toasts.
Ingredients: chick peas* 56%, extra virgin olive oil*, tahini*, lemon juice*, garlic*, salt*, sweet paprika*, cumin*.

This organic hummus has been made by the canning company called “Contigo”, (With You) which is a non-profit cooperative. Their canned food is delicious as they use the best raw materials. They encourage sustainable economy and their ingredients are fresh. Most of them come from fair trade.
