Aged goat and sheep cheese. Pajarete 380g
Mixed, pasteurised goat’s and sheep’s cheese, aged for 6 months.
Ingredients: Pasteurised goat’s and sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, calcium chloride and lactic ferments. Fat content: 46%. Vacuum packed.
Storage: In refrigerator between 2 and 5º. Once the package has been opened, do not reuse it to wrap the cheese. Remove from the fridge one hour before consumption.
To produce these cheeses, the goats and sheep graze 1,300 sheep and 400 goats of the native breed, well known for the intense flavour of their milk, at Finca La Lapa.
All these animals are under exhaustive control so that they develop in perfect sanitary conditions. Our sheep are bred in the Cadiz Mountains and fed on natural pastures of this land.
