La gaditana Ana Gavira tiene muchas inquietudes, en primer lugar por el comercio internacional. Por ello, a través de Andalucía Emprende (adscrita a los CADES, Centro de Apoyo al Desarrollo Empresarial), buscó un alojamiento para su proyecto y el apoyo técnico necesario.
Y así, empezó lo que se llama una Trading Company, una empresa de comercio internacional (exportación/importación), bajo la marca Alandalus Club, que exporta a países como Suiza, Argentina o Rusia, los mejores productos de la provincia de Cádiz. Pues, además, ha abierto una pequeña tienda en la capital gaditana, junto al mercado de abastos del Rosario, en la que pudimos degustar algunos de sus buenos productos.
Al acto, celebrado el pasado viernes, acudieron diversos medios de comunicación locales y provinciales (televisión y radio), además de ejecutivos de Economía, Innovación, Ciencia y Empleo de la Junta. Pero, sobre todo, Ana Gavira estuvo acompañada y arropada por otros jóvenes emprendedores que también están siendo tutelados por el CADE, y que están a punto de desarrollar sus proyectos. Magnífico colectivo de gente muy preparada, con ilusión y muchas ganas de trabajar duro, y que en breve serán dueños de su vida y su economía, como ya lo es Ana Gavira.
Sales variadas de las Salinas San Vicente, aceites Cortijo de Jara, vinos de Bodegas Gutiérrez Colosía, cervezas artesanas, mermeladas selectas de Benaoján, Conservas de Gadira y de La Chanca, dulces Xauen de Vejer, especias en grano, paté de tagarnina, chocolates sin azúcar, mieles de Grazalema, además una línea de productos dulces de marca Josenea, dónde todos sus empleados son discapacitados.
Especial mención merecen su selección de tés e infusiones de hierbas medicinales de importación (porque aquí no tenemos de eso).
Y me queda por contar la otra actividad de Alandalus Club: la organización de rutas gastronómicas por la bahía gaditana, incluyendo catas, visitas a queserías, tascas gaditanas, y todo ello en cuatro idiomas: alemán, francés, inglés y español. ¿Conocen a alguien con más facetas?.
Sugiero una visita a esta pequeña tienda, para descubrir lo que puede ofrecer la gastronomía de la provincia gaditana, que no es poco. Y siempre es una alegría contemplar cómo alguien joven se atreve a emprender, apoyando al pequeño productor y ayudando a dinamizar además a un entorno alejado de los núcleos urbanos, pero con un gran potencial económico y cultural.

La ponencia se títula : «Apuesta por tu negocio local»
Buenos días, Soy Ana de Alándalus Club Ante todo darle muchas gracias a todo el equipo de la UCA por la invitación y por la labor que hacen con este feria.
El nombre de mi ponencia es Apuesta por tu negocio local» y supongo que una de las razones por la que me han ofrecido dar esta charla es porque tengo un negocio local y algo sabré al respecto.
Mi tienda se llama Alándalus Club, contamos con tienda online y física en Cádiz. Si le queréis echar un vistazo a nuestra web es www.alandalusclub .com y desde ahí hay enlaces a nuestras redes sociales . Nosotros nos dedicamos a un comercio solidario de pequeños productores andaluces.. Intentamos fomentar a pequeños productores a impulsarlos al exterior gracias a nuestra intermediación. Para llevar a cabo nuestra labor es muy importante contar buenos clientes pero igual de importante es son los buenos productores. Y en Andalucía hay muchos. Hoy en día es necesario asociarse y crear sinergias para tener éxito en este mundo tan competitivo. De hecho la competencia, no es competencia como tal, sino que podemos asociarnos a ella y junto sumar más.
Cada empresa al fin y al cabo le pone su personaliadad
En Andalucía somos excelentes productores y, sin embargo, no siempre sabemos comercializarlo. Contamos con una excelente materia prima y muchas veces, han venido otros, para comercializar nuestros productos. Como es el famoso caso del italiano que viene a Andalucía, nos compra el aceite a granel, lo etiqueta y lo pone en un envase muy mono y lo vende a EEUU como aceite italiano. Afortunadamente las cosas están cambiando poco a poco y actualmente somos nosotros los que en muchas ocasiones compramos el producto en Marruecos, lo envasamos en España y lo vendemos como producto español. Aunque este sería tema para otra ponencia ya que quizás el consumidor debería tener el derecho de saber qué origen tiene el producto que está consumiendo.
No obstante, aún nos queda mucho camino por recorrer y mucho producto que comercializar.
Si nos paramos a reflexionar en por qué consumir productos locales nos salen unas cuantas razones.
En primer lugar, razones económicas. Es obvio que se crea empleo local. Un euro gastado en productos de cercanía genera el doble para la economía local. Además, Se crea una industria complementaria alrededor de un foco de producción (transformación de productos, etiquetado, envasado…)
Por otro lado, se lucha contra los monopolios.
Apoyar a los pequeños productores locales sirve para luchar contra los grandes monopolios. El 80% de los productos se distribuyen en España por pocas empresas que imponen los precios finales y como se produce. Apoyar a los pequeños productores sirve para luchar contra esto.
Y por último por razones psicológicas Siempre es más reconfortante sentarte a comer sabiendo de donde proceden los productos. Conociendo al panadero, al agricultor, etc. y sabiendo cómo trabajan.

Alándalus Club es una pequeña tienda que reúne los productos más auténticos de nuestra gastronomía
Las tiendas online, dicen, son el futuro y parte del presente. Pero sentir los olores, tocar los productos y tener a alguien cerca que te aconseje y te cuente la pequeña historia tras el producto es insustituible. Lo mismo debe parecerle a Ana Gavira, emprendedora que se ha materializado su proyecto Alándalus Club Gourmet Selection , que ya existía en la red.
Situada en la calle Marqués de la Ensenada 13, junto al mercado Virgen del Rosario, cuenta con una selección de alimentos de pequeños productores artesanos de la provincia de Cádiz y algunos con certificación ecológica. Quesos, aceite, miel, vinos, conservas, tés importados… Son parte de los productos que se pueden encontrar en esta nueva tienda, con apenas dos semanas de vida, que todavía está recibiendo mercancía.
Ana Gavira comenzó su carrera profesional en las bodegas Gutiérrez Colosía, y la ha continuado en el sector gastronómico con una interesante propuesta de rutas en las que conocer algunos de los establecimientos de tapeo más emblemáticos de Cádiz y observar los monumentos que encuentran en el camino. Una forma de hacer turismo con pocos precedentes en la provincia, y que se unirá a las actividades e cata y degustación que planea organizar en su acogedor local.
El horario de apertura de Alándalus Club es de lunes a viernes de 9:15 a 14:15 y de 18:00 a 21:00, sábado de 9:30 a 14:30.

Descubre las claves para elaborar un perfecto combinado Gin Tonic
Desde el más sencillo y tradicional, hasta los más elaborados acompañados de frutas, semillas, golosinas y plantas aromáticas.
Os contamos los pasos para su perfecta elaboración y algunos trucos y consejos
1. Lo primero que se debe saber es que elegir un buen vaso es fundamental. Un gran error que cometen muchos bares es servirlo en vaso de tubo. Esto es un gran error, pues la boca del vaso es estrecha e impide captar bien el aroma del combinado. Lo ideal es usar una copa de balón o, en su defecto un vaso ancho
Los motivos son sencillos:
– Tiene la boca ancha, lo cual es idóneo para captar lo aromas y sabores del gintonic. Cómo dice Pepe Dioni, presidente de la Federación de Asociaciones de Barmans de España «El vaso debe ser de boca grande para que te quepa la nariz y puedas notar los aromas»
– Tiene una gran capacidad donde cabe perfectamente todo el hielo, la tónica y la ginebra
– Gracias a la copa de balón, se evita que se caliente el gin tonic ya que posee pie para poder agarrarla
2. Elegir un buen hielo, el cual debe ser grande, gordo y duro. El hielo debe enfriar la copa, no aguarla. Se recomienda usar hielo industrial, del que se encuentra en gasolineras o supermercados ya que este se realiza con agua ostomizada y a baja temperatura así el hielo tardará en fundirse. La cantidad óptima son 3-4 piezas, no más.
3. Una vez hayamos seleccionado la ginebra que vamos a usar debemos ser cautos con la cantidad que echemos. El gin tonic perfecto tiene entre un chupito y un chupito y medio (5cl) por cada botellín de 20 cl. Una recomendación es no verter desde mucha altura para así evitar que pierda carbónico.
4. Cuando vayamos a echar la tónica una recomendación: no verter desde mucha altura para así evitar que pierda carbónico.La mejor manera de mantener el gas, es dejarla resbalar por una cucharilla rizada para que llegue en perfectas condiciones al vaso. Mezclar la ginebra y la tónica dándole unas vuelta. En este paso, hay que tratar de evitar batir el combinado porque perderíamos todo el gas. Puede usarse también una cucharilla de café.
5. Aunque una técnica muy común es agregarle jugo de limón al gin tonic se desaconseja esta técnica pues se rompen las burbujas. En cambio podemos sustituirla por los aceites esenciales del limón que se encuentran en la cáscara. Para conseguirlo, simplemente pellizcamos con unas pinzas la capa amarillenta para abrir los poros del limón, luego lo restregamos por el borde y después podemos introducirlo en el vaso
6. Para potenciar el sabor, se suele añadir algún botánico de su receta pero con cuidado de que no parezca un “huerto”. Por lo general, las premium suelen indicar en la etiqueta con qué ingredientes combinan mejor (por ejemplo, Hendrick’s con rodajas de pepino, Brockmans con frambuesas o G’Vine con uvas)
