Assemblage red wine 2015, Organic red wine from Tierra de Cádiz.
A very complex and pleasant scent. On the palate it is extremely silky, enveloping, round, balanced – acidity, sweetness and tannins blend together with a freshness that invites you to keep on drinking. Impressive finish, very persistent, with hints of fruit and minerals (albariza).
This forlong red wine has the following grape variety: Merlot, syrah and tintilla de Rota. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It is a wine that should be served at an average temperature of 16ºC, although this really depends on the client. Its vintage is 2015.
