Cardenal Mendoza Clásico is an extraordinary Brandy de Jerez, with an average of 15 years in casks previously used with Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso.
Tasting notes: transparent, dark mahogany, luminous. Round, clean, elegant, vinous aroma.
It is a brandy with personality and hints of sultanas and plums.
It is perfect to accompany chocolate as it combines perfectly with a glass of Cardenal Mendoza.
