Cheese cured in paprika from raw milk – El Bucarito 400g
This cheese cured in paprika from cured goat’s milk is produced by El Bucarito. It has a more intense flavour than pasteurised cheeses.
Maturing: Minimum 2 months in the cellar + 1 month wrapped in paprika.
Ingredients: Raw goat’s milk, lactic ferments, animal rennet, salt, olive oil and paprika.
Keep between 1 and 6º C.
