This spanish tango cheese is an old cheese elaborated with raw goat milk and is matured between 6 and 8 months, which gives it a strong nature.

Marimorena brand uses andalusian goats carefully selected. Its intense flavor  comes from the province of Cadiz, Andalucia.

Another characteristic is that they are gluten free. This kind of cheese is also quite healthy for us; it helps our vision, heart, muscles and bones. Its weight is approximately 1 kg.
