Vermouth “Ego Te Absolvo “
This vermouth has been produced in Zahara de la Sierra in the same wineries where Fine Tempo wine is made.
The result of this new vermouth, according to its producers, is a mahogany-coloured drink with aromas such as fennel, mastic, cinnamon, caramel, walnut and laurel, while in the mouth it is sweet and balanced.
The manufacturers themselves recommend drinking it very cold and with a slice of sweet orange.
