Japanese plum liquour, elaborted with its fruit, which is of a special variety. The fruits are born in the most shady place within the Sierra of Grazalema and are recollected between the months of November and December, are left to mature in hay and once mature, the liquor is made.

It is one of the sweetest liquors. It has a 20ºC graduation.
