Soils: Slope, granite and a little fertile.
Vineyard’s age: Between 85 and 90 years old.
Manual harvest, stalking and 40% graze vatting.
Prefermentative maceration and fermentation in a very controlled temperature for 9 days.
Postfermentative maceration for 15 days.

Mature cherry with cardinal tones.
To the nose it reminds of forest fruits, sweet spices, nuts and aromatic herbs. Meanwhile, to the mouth, it is elegant and a little bit acid.
