This Barbadillo VI Cool wine is one of the most innovative proposals of the company Bodegas Barbadillo S.L., one of the most famous and quoted companies in the world in the trade of wines of all kinds, both red wine and, more specialized, white wine. Its most famous brands are Pedro Ximénez, Palo Cortado and, above all, Castillo de San Diego.

This is a wine of the category moscato frizzante (sparkling muscat). This is a very young wine, with a fruity character and a low alcohol content (specifically, a volume of 6.5%), even though it has a low alcohol content, it has managed to retain all its original aroma and flavour.

This is achieved by not extracting the alcohol but simply stopping the fermentation process when the desired alcohol content has been achieved.

A curious fact is that the design of the wine bottle was created through a drawing competition organised by the company and the winner was a university student.

The company Bodegas Barbadillo S.L. is an organisation founded in 1821 in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (a town in the province of Cádiz).
