Tuna mojama from Barbate Extra 270g

Mojama is a mediterranean delicacy consisting of filleted salt-cured tuna. HERPAC offers us a great range of high quality products.

It is traditionally dried for at least three weeks until the fillets shrink and darken to a reddish-brown color.
