Produced in the Salina de San Vicente (San Vicente salt mine). Collected under the sunset of the Bay of Cádiz, Southern Spain.

Fleur de sel is also known as flor de sal or flower of salt

This salt adds great flavour to the dishes. Its grain is thick and the texture, hard. An authentic virgin salt for daily cooking. Since 1825, the salt mine of San Fernando is a salt producer in the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park. They follow the same processes as the ancient Phoenicians and Romans, the builders of the salt works. “Flor de sal” was called by the ancient Romans who used it as a fine salt on their tables.
