Produced by the Salina de San Vicente (San Vicente saltworks). Artisanal collection under the sunset of the Bay of Cádiz, Southern Spain. Since 1825, the salt mine of San Fernando is a salt producer in the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park. They follow the same processes as the ancient Phoenicians and Romans, the builders of the salt works.
