Our Pre-table basket has been prepared with products selected by our tasting team who enjoy tasting the best products of our gastronomy.

This basket contains:

• Vermouth – Castillo de Matrera de Medina 500ml
• Tuna pâté in olive oil from La Chanca
• Crackers of seaweed – Suralgas
• Rosquetes with orange and chocolate.
• Semi-cured payoyo goat’s cheese – La pastora Grazalema

We try to ensure that our products come from small artisan producers who have been able to maintain their know-how from generation to generation, preserving the recipes and knowledge of past generations.

We are also dedicated to supporting a solidarity trade that promotes small producers.

And always with a fair price for both the producer and the consumer.
