The “Gourmet Set” is elaborated with many products which are selected by our tasting team who enjoy tasting the best products of our gastronomy.

We try that our products come from small artisan producers who have maintained the recipes and knowledge of past generations.   

The “Gourmet Set” includes:

• 1 Pedro Ximenez Gutierrez Colosía Bottle. 750 ml from El Puerto de Santa María. It is a very sweet wine with a mahogany colour.
• Red tuna Tarentelo in olive oil -tuna of almadraba – Gadira. Gourmet product
• Red tuna trunk of almadraba in olive oil. Gourmet product.
• Red tuna Ventresca in olive oil -tuna of almadraba.
• Sherry wine jam (Pedro Ximénez / Fino / Moscatel / Amontillado, fragrant, Cream wine).
• Homemade “Regañás” (Bread sticks)
• 500ml Olive oil bottle from La Sierra de Cadiz.
• Cured Payoya goat cheese in oil – Villaluenga
• Onioned Little tunny of almadraba jar – Almadraba Gadira
• Tejas of El puerto de Santa María ( typical sweet pastry, consists of a thin layer of caramelized almond dough, slowly cooked in low heat).
• Salt with seaweed from Suralgas. It is ideal to cook seafood rice or fish. 
• Combination pack with 3 types of wine jam. (Gin Tonic- Pedro Ximenez- Red Wine from Ronda).
