Olibaeza Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from early harvest Picual olives. Its flavour profile, characterised by sweetness, slight bitterness and spiciness, together with its aromatic notes, make this EVOO a unique product, perfect for consumption raw, in salads or on various cold dishes.
Its packaging is inspired by the traditional ceramics of the city of Baeza. The blue elements are a tribute to the emblematic buildings of the city of Jaen, as is a fragment of poetry by Antonio Machado on the neck of the bottle, written by the writer and poet during his stay in the area: “Campos de Baeza, soñaré contigo cuando no te vea” (Fields of Baeza, I will dream of you when I can’t see you.)
