This spanish verdina bean is a Gourmet variety of beans. It has a plain grain of an overall size with a green and thin peel. It comes from Asturias and Galicia and it is very appreciated since it has a limited production.
It is recommendable to drown in into water 12 hours before its cooking. Always keep it in a fresh place without any day light. Consume it before the first 10 months.
