Enjoy this jam made from Manzanilla wine. This wine is produced under the Spanish D.O of Manzanilla- Sanlucar de Barrameda. Manzanilla is a variety of fino sherry made in Cadiz, the south of Andalusia in Spain.

Ingredients: Manzanilla wine 69%, sugar, lemon juice, agar-agar (vegetarian gelatin).

This manzanilla wine jam has been produced with Manzanilla wine from Spain. Jam without added water, with no colourings or preservatives.

Ideal with cheese, fish, shellfish and white meat. Moreover, you can prepare delicious toasts. Here we have two delicious recipes using this wine jam:

1. Spread the jam in a toast, add some cream cheese and finally, put some smoked salmon on the top of the toast.
2. Heat up the toast, add some cream cheese and then some crunchy bacon on the top.
