Semicured Goat Cheese- El Gazul is cured between 45 and 70 days, its flavor and smell are very intense, with a very pleasant texture on the palate thanks to its hardness covered by a thin layer of olive oil.
Ingredients: Pasteurised goat milk, dairy ferments, calcium, animal rennet, lysozyme and salt.
