Cheese box gift: sheep cheese Pajarete

Ingredients: Pasteurised sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, calcium chloride and lactic ferments. Fat content: 46%. Vacuum packed.

Storage: In refrigerator between 2 and 5º. Once the package has been opened, do not reuse it to wrap the cheese. Remove from the fridge one hour before consumption.

To produce these cheeses, the goats and sheep graze 1330 native breed sheep at Finca La Lapa, well known for the intense flavour of their milk.

All these animals are under exhaustive control so that they develop in perfect sanitary conditions. Our sheep are bred in the Cadiz Mountains and fed on natural pastures of this land.

Description

Cheese box that includes twelve tiny cheeses “Pajarete”

This box contains:

  • Cheese in paprika
  • Cheese in fine herbs
  • Cheese with rosemary
  • Cheese in Xeres wine
  • Natural cheese
  • Cheese with black pepper

This sheep cheese has been made with pasteurised milk of Andalusian sheep.

Sheep cheese is a little bit sour, salty and smooth. Besides, they may be spicy but, generally, sheep cheeses are smoother and more aromatic that cow cheeses.

These cheeses are low in lactose! Sheep cheeses are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Preserve in the fridge between 2º and 5º. Once opened, do not use the packaging to wrap the cheese again. Remove from refrigerator an hour before consumption.
