These homemade sweets are typical of Media Sidonia (Cádiz). Snow Covered Yolks are homemade sweets made with a piece of yolk dough to which pine nuts are added. This preparation is covered with a bath of white chocolate. One of the most traditional Las Trejas chocolates and perfect for Christmas.

Ingredients: White coating (cocoa butter, sugar, cocoa mass, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), eggs, sugar, flour, pine nuts and almonds.
May contain traces of nuts, soya, milk, eggs, sesame and gluten. Shelf life: 1 month.
